Delete your account in the app

Open PaceFyndr and go to Profile → Settings.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
Confirm. Your account and data are deleted immediately.

Have PaceFyndr Pro?

Deleting your account does not cancel your subscription. Cancel it first in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Play Store → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions).

Delete your account without the app

Email privacy@pacefyndr.com from the email address on your account with the subject "Delete my account". If you signed up with Sign in with Apple and chose Hide My Email, include your PaceFyndr username. We confirm by email and delete your account and data within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your account and sign-in details, including the link to Google or Apple sign-in
Your profile: name, username, photo, bio, gender, date of birth and country
Your posts, comments, likes and poll votes
Events you organised and clubs you own, including their posts and announcements
Your event registrations, club memberships, invitations and friend connections
Health and activity stats shared with your clubs
Notifications, blocked users and reports you submitted
Your posts, comments and votes on the PaceFyndr feedback board

What we keep, and for how long

Photos you uploaded: they stop appearing in PaceFyndr immediately, but copies can remain on our image host (Cloudinary). Email privacy@pacefyndr.com and we delete them within 30 days.
Anonymous usage statistics: app usage events are kept with your account ID removed, so they can no longer be linked to you.
Purchase records: if you subscribed, Apple, Google and our billing provider RevenueCat keep transaction records as required for tax and accounting.
Logs: server logs and error reports that contain your account ID expire automatically within 90 days.

Signed in with Google or Apple?

Deleting your account removes the sign-in link on our side. To also remove PaceFyndr from your Apple Account, open Settings → your name → Sign in with Apple on your iPhone, choose PaceFyndr and tap Delete.
